Leadership Development
We have provided the full range of Leadership Development services to many clients. These include diagnostics, development of leadership competencies, design of courseware and delivery pf programs.
We use 360 degree assessment of competencies, personal values, leeadership styles, and organisational climate for every participant.
These inputs are provided at the sessions to participants and supported with personal coaching and mentoring to create individual development plans.

This was an extensive engagement that involved:

Development of a leadership competency model integrating technical competencies, leadership and management competencies and expected value-based behaviour.

Development of a bespoke leadership development program, including courseware, for senior leaders and country managers.
